This policy explains what Codzshop.com collects when you browse, sign in and order, why, who it is shared with, and how to ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, email and profile picture when you sign in with Google, or the name, phone and email you register with.
  • Order details — the game Player ID / UID (and player name), or the TikTok / Facebook link for social services, the package, the amount and your order notes.
  • Contact details — the phone or WhatsApp number you give with an order.
  • Payment details — the payment method, the sending number and the transaction ID. We never see or store your bKash, Nagad or Rocket PIN.
  • Wallet history — deposits, refunds and spending in your Codzshop wallet.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies, and a push notification token if you allow notifications.

How we use it

  • To deliver your order to the right game account and confirm your payment.
  • To give support, process refunds and keep your order and wallet history.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To measure our ads and improve the site.

Who we share it with

  • Payment providers (including EPS, bKash, Nagad and Rocket) — to take and confirm payment.
  • Top-up and delivery partners — only the Player ID and package needed to deliver the order.
  • Google — Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, and database backups kept in our private Google Drive.
  • Meta — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API receive page views and purchase events (with contact details hashed) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Firebase — to send order notifications if you allow them.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember ad clicks and measure visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; signing in and ordering may then not work.

How long we keep it

Order, payment and wallet records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, refunds and fraud checks. Analytics and ad data are kept according to Google's and Meta's own retention settings.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by messaging us on WhatsApp (8801828861788) or at [email protected]. Records we must keep for payments or fraud prevention may be kept after the account is deleted.

Children

Our services are for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please order with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Changes to this policy
